Energy storage BMS focuses more on long cycle life, multi-cluster parallel balancing and system economy. Ligoo’s energy storage BMS adopts a three-tier architecture (battery module management unit BMU – battery protection unit BPU – battery array management unit BAU), which supports the unified management of thousands of battery cells. Its unique inter-rack (cluster) active balancing technology solves circulating-current issues among parallel battery racks, allowing each rack to charge and discharge independently, thus improving the available capacity and life of the system.
Ligoo BMS products have been adopted by many leading domestic OEMs and top energy storage system integrators, with cumulative supply volume ranking among the highest in the industry.
1. Passenger vehicles: entered the supply chains of leading OEMs at home and abroad such as Geely, Chery, SGMW, BAIC, Volkswagen, Leapmotor and XPENG, as well as battery manufacturers including Gotion High-tech, CALB, CATL and SVOLT, providing BMS for many best-selling new energy vehicle models.
2. Commercial vehicles: supporting construction machinery and heavy-truck brands such as XCMG, covering battery-electric, battery-swapping and hybrid technology routes.
