Responsibilities
1. Cost accounting: responsible for the full-cost breakdown and accounting of injection molded products, covering dimensions such as raw materials, mold depreciation, equipment energy consumption, labor, packaging, and transportation, and building a standardized pricing model.
2. Process alignment: collaborate with production and R&D departments, and based on product structure, injection process parameters (pressure, temperature, cycle), and material characteristics, evaluate the impact of process difficulty on cost.
3. Quotation preparation: combine raw material market price fluctuations, order volume, and payment terms to develop accurate quotation plans, and complete the preparation, review, and submission of quotation sheets.
4. Data management: establish a pricing ledger, track historical quotation data and cost changes, regularly analyze cost differences, and output optimization suggestions.
5. Market research: collect quotation ranges for injection products from the same industry, grasp market price trends, and provide data support for the company’s quotation strategy adjustment.
6. Confidentiality management: strictly comply with the company’s cost and quotation information confidentiality system, and prevent leakage of core data.
Requirements
1. Associate degree or above, with majors in mold design, material forming, accounting, engineering cost, etc. preferred.
2. Familiar with the full injection molding production process, and master the characteristics and market price patterns of common plastic raw materials such as PP, ABS, PC, and PA.
3. Possess mold cost allocation and process cost evaluation capabilities, able to independently complete product cost estimation calculations.
4. Proficient in Excel functions and pivot table features, able to build automated pricing spreadsheets.
5. Understand injection industry quotation rules and contract price-related clauses.
6. Possess rigorous logical thinking and data sensitivity, able to accurately identify cost loopholes in the pricing process.
7. Good communication and coordination abilities, able to efficiently collaborate across departments such as R&D, production, and procurement.
8. Strong learning ability, able to keep up with new materials and new processes in the injection industry and optimize the pricing model.
