(I) Core Responsibilities
Responsible for fault troubleshooting, optimization and upgrades of the entire line’s electrical and mechanical control systems and electrical introduction for new projects, build a mechanical technical support system, ensure stable operation of electrical and mechanical systems, and build a mechanical/electrical professional talent pipeline.
(II) Main Duties
1. Quickly locate and resolve electrical control system faults such as PLC, servo drives, robots, and sensors to reduce fault downtime.
2. Lead the electrical wiring, signal debugging and network configuration of new lines, ensuring the electrical system is connected in a standardized manner and operates smoothly.
3. Propose electrical program optimization plans based on production needs, continuously improving line operation efficiency and stability and reducing energy consumption.
4. Develop electrical/mechanical talent cultivation plans, and improve the team’s electrical technical level through theoretical teaching and hands-on practice.
5. Accurately troubleshoot and root-cause complex mechanical faults in mechanisms, transmissions, and pneumatic circuits, establish a fault-handling ledger, and form reusable solutions.
6. Lead new line mechanical installation projects, strictly control installation precision, organize commissioning and acceptance, and ensure the line meets production standards.
7. Continuously optimize fixture and jig design and usage processes, formulate scientific and reasonable periodic maintenance plans, extend equipment service life, and improve production adaptability.
