Responsibilities (ordered by workflow or workload):
I. Lean System Building and Audit
1. Establish the lean operation organization structure, build and maintain system standards (all modules under the company’s manufacturing business);
2. Develop lean system construction standard training and rollout implementation improvement plans;
3. Operation audit: document review plus on-site audit under on-site lean system construction standards, and management of non-compliant items;
4. Lean operation system training.
II. KPI Management
1. Draw the annual business plan strategy map and receive management and financial goals;
2. Establish the BPD architecture for annual business plan implementation;
3. Determine BPD metrics, align target values, confirm owners, and confirm data sources;
4. Release BPD execution logic and methods, conduct training, determine the BPD management organization, and collect monthly data;
5. Optimize BPD monthly reports and action plans, and manage and audit kanban updates;
6. Establish key implementation projects annually and follow up on node management.
7. KPI management implementation training.
Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in industrial engineering preferred;
Work experience:
Over 2 years of experience, familiar with the automotive electronics industry;
Work skills:
Job knowledge (required professional theory, laws and regulations):
1. Proficient in at least one manufacturing lean production system;
2. BSC architecture;
3. Familiar with basic manufacturing operation dimensions.
Job skills (tools, equipment and required competencies that must be mastered):
1. Lean system promotion capability;
2. Lean metric architecture correlation analysis capability.
