Responsibilities:
1. Testing Items and Standard Competence
Specific Competence Items:
Electrical Performance Testing: continuity resistance, withstand voltage test, insulation resistance, voltage drop, current cycling, etc.
Mechanical Performance Testing: insertion/extraction force, terminal retention force, cable pull and torsion, vibration test, mechanical shock, etc.
Environmental Performance Testing: high/low temperature test, thermal shock, salt spray test, mixed gas corrosion, dust and water proofing, etc.
Material Performance Testing: flame retardancy, material composition analysis, etc.
Specific Standards Proficiency: e.g., proficiency in core customer standards or national/international standards such as LV214, VW60330, USCAR-2, GMW3191, ISO 6722.
2. Equipment Operation and Maintenance Competence
Specific Competence Items:
Key Equipment Operation: comprehensive test bench, withstand voltage tester, network analyzer, insertion/extraction force tester, vibration table, high/low temperature chamber, salt spray chamber, etc.
Equipment Calibration: whether able to perform daily calibration or assist external calibration personnel.
Equipment Maintenance: whether able to perform daily inspection and first-level maintenance (e.g., cleaning, replacement of consumable parts).
Initial Fault Diagnosis: able to identify common equipment fault signs and report.
3. Process and System Competence
Specific Competence Items:
Sample Receipt and Confirmation: able to independently verify, register, and confirm initial status of samples.
Test Plan Interpretation: able to accurately understand test task requirements.
Test Program Setup: able to independently set up and verify test programs on equipment.
Data Recording and Processing: able to record raw data normatively and accurately, and use tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab) for basic analysis.
Report Writing and Review: able to write test reports per templates, or review reports written by others.
Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation: understand and able to participate in uncertainty evaluation of key test items.
Laboratory Management System: familiarity with systems such as CNAS, ISO/IEC 17025.
4. Soft Skills and Comprehensive Competence
Specific Competence Items:
5S and Safety Management: able to strictly comply with laboratory 5S and safety regulations.
Problem-Solving Ability: able to conduct preliminary analysis and troubleshooting when test anomalies occur.
Training and Guidance Ability: able to act as a mentor to train new employees or guide other colleagues.
Job Requirements:
1. Experience in completing experimental tasks per procedures and test plans.
2. Experience in instrument/equipment management and maintenance, daily operation and calibration, and procurement and acceptance of new inspection equipment.
3. Experimental data and record management.
4. Cross-department collaboration and training.
