Responsibilities
1. Conduct equipment and personnel assembly line budgeting based on customer orders;
2. Decompose drawings based on drawing requirements and create BOM tables;
3. Establish process flows and standards based on customer requirements;
4. Develop work instructions and related labeling materials for each workstation based on process requirements;
5. Lead sample wire harness production;
6. Continuously improve process flows and optimize production lines, establish standard time, and improve LE (Labor Efficiency);
7. Continuously improve and promptly resolve issues arising during production;
8. Guide the fabrication of fixtures and jigs;
9. Prepare and submit PPAP review materials;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
1. Over 5 years of wire harness process position experience; major in industrial engineering, knowledgeable in equipment and labor efficiency analysis, lean production (standard time, takt production), and on-site problem improvement.
2. Familiar with wire harness process flows;
3. Familiar with automotive industry standards and specifications.
4. Familiar with wire harness production processes;
5. Proficient in drawing software such as CAD;
6. Process improvement capability;
7. On-site process management standards.
