Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily maintenance of wire harness workshop production equipment (terminal machines, crimping machines, wire stripping machines, continuity testers, etc.) to ensure normal equipment operation.
2. Rapid troubleshooting and repair of equipment faults to reduce downtime and resolve equipment-related issues in production.
3. Participate in new equipment selection, installation and commissioning, operation training, and equipment acceptance.
4. Formulate equipment operation procedures and maintenance plans, and record equipment operation and maintenance logs.
5. Optimize equipment process parameters to improve production efficiency and product yield and reduce equipment failure rate.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, in Mechatronics, Electrical Automation, or related fields.
2. Over 1-2 years of wire harness equipment repair and maintenance experience; familiar with the structure and principles of wire harness equipment such as terminal machines / crimping machines.
3. Able to read electrical drawings, perform basic circuit troubleshooting, and strong hands-on ability.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, ability to handle faults emergently, obey arrangements, and adapt to workshop work.
