Responsibilities (in order of workflow or workload):
1. Lead the preparation, revision and improvement of the company’s quality management system documents, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other standards;
2. Organize preparation for internal and external audits, coordinate resources during audits, and follow up on the rectification of audit findings;
3. Supervise each department’s implementation of the quality management system; regularly review system effectiveness and propose improvements;
4. Collect and analyze system operation data and produce assessment reports to support management decisions;
5. Assist departments in solving practical issues in system operation, providing technical support and guidance;
6. Organize system-related training to raise company-wide quality awareness and understanding of the system;
7. Monitor the latest industry standards and regulations and update company system documents in a timely manner to remain compliant;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Authority:
1. Lead authority over the preparation and revision of quality management system documents;
2. Authority to recommend corrective actions for non-conformities in system operation;
3. Authority to supervise departmental system implementation;
4. Authority to coordinate system improvement projects.
Qualifications:
General:
Open to all genders;
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above; Quality Management, Business Administration or related majors preferred;
Experience:
3+ years of management system experience; familiar with ISO 9001 and other quality management system standards and their practical application;
Skills:
Required knowledge (professional theory, laws and regulations):
1. Familiar with the specific requirements of ISO 9001 and other relevant management system standards;
2. Understanding of enterprise operations management; able to develop practical system solutions based on actual conditions;
3. Proficient in internal and external audit processes and methods; able to conduct audits independently;
Required abilities (tools, equipment and essential working skills):
1. Proficient with office software and system management tools for document writing and data analysis;
2. Strong logical thinking and writing skills; able to articulate system requirements clearly;
3. Good communication and coordination skills; able to drive cross-department collaboration;
4. Keen insight into system operation issues; able to propose effective solutions and drive implementation.
