Responsibilities:
1. Establish and optimize the QES management system.
2. Supervise QES system operation and compliance management.
3. Internal and external audits and management review.
4. Customer audit reception and non-conformance improvement.
5. Participate in quality objective formulation.
6. QES culture building.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 3 years of quality work experience.
2. Familiar with the IATF 16949 quality management system; understand how the quality system operates in enterprises; understand injection molding and wire harness product process flows; familiar with quality management tools and methods.
3. Conscientious and responsible, rigorous and meticulous, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; automotive industry quality managers and those with internal auditor certificates preferred.
