Responsibilities
1. Monitor production process quality: continuously monitor quality status during production to ensure products meet quality standards. Promptly identify and resolve quality issues in the production process to ensure product quality stability and reliability;
2. Optimize process flow quality: analyze existing process flows, propose optimization suggestions, and improve production efficiency and quality levels. Through process flow optimization, reduce production costs and improve product quality and customer satisfaction;
3. Analyze process quality data: collect and analyze process quality data, identify potential quality risks and improvement points, and complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly quality reports. Provide decision support for management and promote continuous improvement of process quality;
4. Handle process quality issues: respond to and handle quality issues arising during production promptly to ensure timely resolution. Reduce production delays and cost losses caused by quality issues, and ensure stable production line operation;
5. Develop process quality standards: based on product characteristics and customer needs, develop appropriate process quality standards to provide clear quality guidance for the production department. Ensure process quality is controllable and improve product quality compliance and competitiveness;
6. Monitor process capability: prepare annual CPK and MSA plans and drive their implementation; when results are abnormal, notify relevant departments for analysis and improvement;
7. Train quality inspectors: develop annual training plans and organize training for quality inspectors to improve their skills;
8. Responsible for on-site analysis of after-sales issues, and cooperate with CQE to complete after-sales issue analysis reports.
Organize relevant departments to rectify and close non-conformities in response to various audits as required by the system.
Requirements
1. Familiar with the IATF16949 quality management system, understand how the quality system operates within an enterprise, apply quality tools such as APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA, and possess 5WHY/8D analysis capabilities;
2. Understand the CCS process flow, and be skilled in applying quality management tools and methods;
3. Familiar with process and exception handling flows, and capable of preparing inspection standards and management specifications;
4. Conscientious, rigorous, and meticulous, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
5. Candidates with automotive industry quality management experience and internal auditor certification are preferred.
