Responsibilities (ordered by workflow or workload):
1. Participate in early-stage requirement analysis and technical evaluation, provide professional advice and develop feasible technical solutions.
2. Responsible for concrete implementation of project plans, including task breakdown, milestone setting and resource allocation, ensuring projects proceed as planned.
3. Track key nodes during project execution, identify and resolve potential issues promptly to ensure smooth progress.
4. Collaborate closely with R&D, production, quality and other departments to coordinate and resolve technical issues, ensuring alignment between product design and production process.
5. Organize and archive technical documents in the project to ensure completeness and traceability.
6. Report project progress to superiors regularly, propose improvement suggestions and adjust implementation plans based on feedback.
7. Organize a review meeting after project completion, analyze lessons learned, and provide references for subsequent projects.
Requirements:
Natural conditions:
Gender: no restriction; good health, able to withstand certain work pressure.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering or related majors preferred.
Work experience:
Over 3 years of project management or engineering experience, manufacturing background preferred.
Job knowledge (required professional theory and practical knowledge):
1. Familiar with project management tools and methodologies, such as Gantt charts, critical path method, etc.
2. Solid technical background, able to quickly understand and resolve complex technical issues.
3. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to coordinate efficiently across departments.
4. Proficient in office software and related project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
Job skills (tools, equipment and required competencies that must be mastered):
1. Master basic knowledge of product design and production process, able to guide on-site operations.
2. Risk identification and response capability, able to anticipate and avoid potential project issues in advance.
3. Familiar with ISO 9001 or other quality management system requirements and able to apply them in practice.
4. Strong learning ability, able to quickly master new technologies and tools.
