Responsibilities:
I. Project Schedule Management:
1. Organize multi-department implementation and management of customer projects and pre-research projects to achieve quality, time and cost targets;
2. Responsible for project communication with customers, tracking customer issues, and supporting customer issue closure;
3. Responsible for formulating first/second-level project plans, reviewing and approving third-level plans of each department, and tracking plan implementation;
4. Organize project regular meetings, stage reviews, and executive reporting, and implement meeting minutes;
5. Confirm deliverables at each stage, organize project trial build, testing, pilot production, and mass production reviews to ensure smooth entry into SOP and handover;
II. Project Issue/Risk Management:
1. Track issues in the project process, coordinate resources to resolve and close issues;
2. Responsible for risk identification and management during project implementation, organize the team to formulate corresponding countermeasures, or conduct risk warning and escalation until risks are resolved;
III. Prototype Delivery Management:
1. Responsible for prototype order delivery schedule management, organize order reviews and drive each responsible department to handle process risk issues to ensure on-time prototype delivery;
2. Organize prototype process reviews and first/last article reviews to ensure standardized prototype production processes and controlled quality;
3. Promptly warn and escalate delivery risks, coordinate delivery quality and delivery schedule, and avoid customer complaints;
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, project management, automotive engineering and other related majors, basic knowledge of automotive parts development, manufacturing, and sourcing;
2. 3+ years of work experience, familiar with the automotive parts industry, with wire harness and CCS work experience;
3. Automotive wire harness/CCS related process flows and quality standards;
4. Five core tools (APQP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, PPAP);
5. Proficient in office software such as EXCEL and PPT for project management data consolidation, analysis, and stage summary reporting;
6. Able to use project management tools such as Microsoft Project, or have alternative project management tool methods;
7. Proficient in the five APQP phases, able to formulate project plans based on the five APQP phases;
8. Strong organization, coordination and communication skills.
