Responsibilities (ordered by workflow or workload):
1. Organize the development team and clarify each developer’s division of responsibilities;
2. Develop project plans and confirm with function supervisors or engineers to ensure plans are executable and implementable;
3. Assess urgency of different projects, allocate resources rationally, control project progress and report timely to ensure on-time completion;
4. Track material procurement, outsourced production and processing progress and supervise on-time completion;
5. Organize project meetings and supervise item progress completion;
6. Coordinate resources to resolve issues encountered during development and determine solutions;
7. Control cost and progress, and plan ahead for risky materials;
8. Responsible for product development realization and project management during development, integrating and organizing various internal and external development resources;
9. Coordinate to resolve issues and defects during product development, develop and implement solutions;
10. Responsible for management, cost monitoring and over-budget early warning of design documents, process audit materials and other development documents.

Work experience:
Over 3 years of automotive industry project management experience; majors: electronics/mechanical/industrial engineering/automotive.
Work skills:
Job knowledge (required professional theory and practical knowledge):
Familiar with automotive industry and new energy industry project management workflow, IATF 16949 five core tools or Six Sigma quality management tools;
Job skills (tools, equipment and required competencies that must be mastered):
1. Familiar with project management phase processes, with excellent communication and coordination skills;
2. Ability to identify urgency of different projects, allocate resources rationally, and control project progress;
3. Control cost and plan ahead for risky materials;
4. Coordinate resolution of issues and defects during product development, and develop solutions.
5. Manage, monitor and provide over-budget early warning for design documents, process audits and other materials.
6. Initiate project meetings and supervise the process.
