(I) Core Responsibilities
Responsible for the full-lifecycle management of AGV projects, including project evaluation and introduction, operation scheduling, and maintenance optimization, ensuring smooth and stable logistics, and building an AGV operation and maintenance talent pipeline.
(II) Main Duties
1. Responsible for the full-lifecycle maintenance of AGV equipment, establishing a regular maintenance mechanism to reduce downtime and ensure stable equipment operation.
Build a comprehensive AGV maintenance system and formulate standardized O&M procedures to improve the standardization of O&M work.
2. Quickly respond to AGV equipment failures, accurately diagnose and resolve problems, and promptly archive them into a knowledge base for reference in subsequent O&M.
3. Execute AGV equipment daily inspections and maintenance plans, implement periodic maintenance, proactively identify and prevent potential hazards, and prevent failures.
4. Other tasks assigned by superiors and regular equipment performance summary reports.
5. Develop AGV talent cultivation plans and nurture professionals capable of independent O&M and project introduction.
