Responsibilities
1. Core Technical Design: Lead the scheme design, structure optimization, and process selection of CCS components (including PCB/FPC rigid-flex boards) for energy storage / power battery PACK; output BOM, technical drawings, and SOP; responsible for customer requirement conversion and feasibility assessment, and complete cost estimation and sample development.
2. Full-Process Project Control: Organize new product review and project initiation; develop schedule plans; follow up on sample fabrication, sample submission, OTS/APQP document submission, and customer approval; lead the initiation, verification, and implementation of engineering changes (ECN).
3. Process and Quality Optimization: Optimize the production process of CCS components (e.g., welding, assembly, inspection) to improve yield, efficiency, and cost control; define key quality control points, participate in defect analysis and improvement; assist in supplier audit, coaching, and selection confirmation of new materials/parts.
4. Cross-Department and Technical Support: Interface with R&D, production, procurement, quality, customers, etc.; resolve CCS-related technical issues at mass production and customer sites; track industry technology trends and standards, and drive technology innovation and patent applications.
Job Requirements
1. Basic Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Information, Mechanical Design, Automation, or related fields.
Experience: Over 5 years of battery CCS component design / process / project management experience (expert role usually requires 8 years or more, with experience in leading new-energy companies preferred).
Certificates/Qualifications: PCB/FPC design, battery BMS/EMS, automotive electronics related technical certifications preferred; familiar with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 systems.
2. Core Professional Skills
(1) Proficient in PCB/FPC design and manufacturing processes of CCS components (e.g., laser cutting, plating, bonding, welding); master BMS signal acquisition principles and electrical performance requirements.
(2) Capable of product structure design, DFMEA analysis, and cost optimization; proficient in tools such as CAD, Altium Designer, SolidWorks.
(3) Familiar with mass production introduction processes such as OTS/APQP/PPAP for power batteries / energy storage systems; with project management and cross-department coordination ability.
(4) Master quality tools (e.g., SPC, 8D); able to lead defect problem analysis and improvement.
