Work Content:
1. Process Design and Optimization
Responsible for the process route design of CCS (integrated busbar), and formulate process flow and process parameter standards.
Continuously optimize production processes to improve product yield, efficiency, and reduce cost (e.g., material loss, man-hours).
2. Process Documentation and Data Management
Maintain documents such as process BOM, flow charts, standard operating procedures (SOP), and standard man-hours.
Statistically analyze production data (e.g., first-pass yield, CPK) and drive process improvement projects.
3. New Product Introduction (NPI) Support
Participate in process feasibility assessment in the new product development phase and provide DFM suggestions.
Lead process verification in the trial production phase; output trial production reports and drive issue closure.
4. Fixture and Equipment Management
Design or review CCS-specific fixtures (e.g., welding jigs, inspection fixtures) and drive the introduction of automated equipment.
Responsible for process acceptance of new equipment and parameter maintenance of existing equipment (e.g., laser welding machines, AOI equipment).
5. Audit
Customer audit response and PPAP document preparation.
6. Cross-Department Collaboration
Collaborate with R&D, quality, production, and other departments to drive process standardization and technical accumulation.
Qualifications:
1. Over 3 years of field process related experience in machinery manufacturing.
2. Familiar with laser welding, hot pressing, insulation treatment, etc.; experience in new energy (battery/PACK) industry preferred.
3. CCS process experience preferred.
4. Familiar with machinery manufacturing / wire harness process flow.
5. Familiar with automotive industry standards and specifications.
6. Proficient in CAD and other drawing software.
7. Process improvement ability and field process management standards.
