Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the installation, debugging, and testing of CCS equipment to ensure the equipment operates normally and meets production requirements.
2. Conduct daily inspections of equipment, promptly identify potential equipment problems and handle them; develop and execute equipment maintenance plans to ensure long-term stable operation and extend equipment service life.
3. Based on the operating status of CCS equipment and production process needs, develop reasonable equipment upgrade and improvement plans to improve production efficiency and product quality and reduce production costs.
4. Participate in the writing and revision of equipment-related documents, such as operating procedures, maintenance manuals, and training materials, to ensure the content is accurate, complete, and consistent with actual operations.
5. Possess the ability to independently handle and resolve CCS equipment failures, respond quickly when equipment fails, promptly troubleshoot, and reduce downtime; statistically analyze equipment failures to identify root causes and propose preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
6. Participate in equipment feasibility analysis and early planning, draft equipment technical requirements, and organize relevant departments to review equipment planning content and technical requirements; track the arrival and acceptance progress of planned equipment to ensure it meets APQP milestones.
7. Based on the site layout drawing, organize and coordinate the installation of production equipment and transportation equipment, participate in equipment debugging, and record equipment issues during acceptance; organize and coordinate relevant departments to verify, release, accept, and transfer production equipment, number the equipment, register the ledger, and maintain it regularly.
8. Responsible for parameter verification under conditions such as new equipment, engineering changes, process optimization, on-site problem improvement, and material substitution, to ensure equipment parameters meet production requirements and guarantee stable product quality.
9. Closely cooperate with production, quality, R&D, and other relevant departments to provide equipment technical support and assist in solving equipment-related issues during production to ensure smooth production line operation.
Requirements:
1. Possess automated equipment operation and maintenance capabilities, proficiently operate multimeters and other electrical testing tools, as well as various common mechanical maintenance tools.
2. Familiar with thermal riveting, laser welding, electrical testing, AOI1, AOI2 equipment; knowledge of PLC programming, mechanical principles, and circuit analysis is preferred.
