Responsibilities
1. Drive the establishment, maintenance, and improvement of the company’s quality management system, including tasks such as personnel assessment and allocation, and achievement of quality objectives;
2. Develop weekly, monthly, and annual work summaries and annual work plans, and organize their implementation;
3. Build and manage inspection teams;
4. Implement the quality management system, supervise internal quality work, and approve related documents;
5. Responsible for quality planning for project development and mass production;
6. Train employees, regularly supervise employee training, evaluate training records, and review employee skill assessments and job assignments;
7. Organize the preparation of monthly and annual quality analysis reports, and regularly hold monthly quality meetings;
8. Promote the construction and management of internal laboratories.
Requirements
1. Familiar with the IATF16949 quality management system;
2. Understand how the quality system operates within an enterprise, and be familiar with quality management tools and methods;
3. Conscientious, rigorous, and meticulous, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; candidates with automotive industry quality management experience and internal auditor certification are preferred.
