Responsibilities:
1. Monitor production process quality: continuously monitor quality during production to ensure products meet quality standards; promptly identify and resolve quality issues to keep product quality stable and reliable;
2. Optimize process quality: analyze existing process flows and propose improvements to raise production efficiency and quality; reduce production costs and improve product quality and customer satisfaction through process optimization;
3. Analyze process quality data: collect and analyze process quality data, identify potential quality risks and improvement opportunities, and complete weekly, monthly and quarterly quality reports; provide decision support for management and drive continuous process improvement;
4. Handle process quality issues: respond quickly to quality problems in production and ensure timely resolution; minimize production delays and cost losses caused by quality issues and keep production lines running stably;
5. Establish process quality standards: define appropriate process quality standards based on product characteristics and customer requirements, providing clear quality guidance for production; keep process quality under control and improve compliance and competitiveness;
6. Monitor process capability: prepare annual CPK and MSA plans and drive their implementation; when results are abnormal, notify relevant departments for analysis and improvement;
7. Train inspectors: develop annual training plans and organize training for quality inspectors to improve their skills;
8. Conduct on-site analysis of after-sales issues and support the CQE in completing after-sales analysis reports;
9. Respond to audits in accordance with quality system requirements; organize relevant departments to correct and close non-conformities;
Requirements:
1. Familiar with the IATF 16949 quality management system and how it operates within an enterprise;
2. Able to apply quality tools such as APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA; capable of 5-Why/8D analysis; understanding of CCS process flows; skilled in quality management tools and methods;
3. Familiar with in-process and abnormality-handling procedures; able to prepare inspection standards and management specifications;
4. Conscientious, rigorous and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
5. Automotive-industry quality management background or internal auditor certification preferred;
