Responsibilities:
I. Production Management and Planning/Scheduling
Planning: Receive production orders, and based on drawings, process requirements, and delivery dates, develop department daily/weekly/monthly production operation plans, and break down tasks to each machine and operator.
Progress Control: Monitor production progress in real time, establish daily/weekly reporting mechanisms, promptly handle issues such as equipment failures, material shortages, and process anomalies to ensure production continuity.
Resource Allocation: Optimally allocate human, equipment, and material resources, balance the load of each machine, and improve equipment utilization and capacity.
Delivery Assurance: Coordinate with planning, procurement, warehousing, and other departments to ensure on-time delivery, and handle order changes and urgent insertions.
Data Statistics: Analyze data such as production efficiency and capacity achievement rate, propose improvement measures, and drive CIP (Continuous Improvement Process).
II. Process Optimization and Technical Management
Process Development: Participate in new product reviews, develop reasonable machining process routes, and determine cutting parameters, tool selection, and fixture solutions.
Program Management: Review CNC machining programs and tool paths, optimize programming solutions, and improve machining efficiency and accuracy.
Technical Improvement: Lead process optimization projects, solve technical problems in mass production, and reduce defect rates and machining cycles.
III. Quality Control and Inspection Management
Standard Establishment: Develop product inspection standards and sampling plans to ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.
Process Control: Implement first-article inspection, patrol inspection, and last-article confirmation systems to promptly identify and resolve quality issues.
Non-conformance Analysis: Lead quality anomaly analysis, use PDCA and other methods to develop corrective and preventive measures, and reduce rework rates.
Data Tracking: Statistically analyze yield, scrap rate, and other data to drive quality improvement projects and improve overall pass rate.
IV. Personnel Management and Team Building
Team Management: Develop shift plans, supervise employee operating standards, evaluate performance, and implement reward and punishment mechanisms.
Skills Training: Organize new employee onboarding training and veteran employee skill improvement training, covering operating standards, process technology, and programming basics.
Talent Development: Establish a technical echelon, cultivate core backbone, and improve the team’s overall technical level.
Communication and Motivation: Create a positive work atmosphere, resolve team conflicts, and enhance cohesion and execution.
Assessment and Evaluation: Set KPI indicators, regularly evaluate employee performance, and provide career development guidance.
V. Equipment Management and Maintenance
Maintenance Planning: Develop CNC equipment preventive maintenance plans, and supervise the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance.
Fault Handling: Quickly respond to equipment failures, organize repairs, analyze failure causes, and develop preventive measures.
Precision Control: Regularly calibrate equipment precision, monitor machining precision changes, and ensure product quality stability.
Equipment Upgrade: Participate in new equipment selection, installation, debugging, and acceptance, and propose equipment modification suggestions to improve machining capabilities.
Spare Parts Management: Establish inventory standards for tools and consumables, conduct regular counts, and ensure timely supply.
VI. Safety Management and Environmental Standards
System Building: Develop workshop safety operating procedures and emergency plans, and implement the safety production responsibility system.
Safety Training: Regularly organize safety training and emergency drills to improve employees’ safety awareness and self-rescue capabilities.
On-site Supervision: Conduct daily inspections, correct non-compliant operations, eliminate safety hazards, and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
Incident Handling: Promptly report and investigate safety accidents, develop rectification measures, and prevent recurrence.
Environmental Management: Implement 5S management, keep the workshop clean and orderly, and control emissions of noise, dust, and other pollutants.
VII. Cost Control and Material Management
Cost Accounting: Develop department cost budgets, and monitor cost elements such as tool consumption, electricity usage, and auxiliary material consumption.
Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement: Drive projects such as tool life extension and cutting fluid recycling to reduce unit production costs.
Material Control: Supervise raw material requisition and usage, reduce waste, and control work-in-process inventory.
Tool Management: Optimize tool selection, establish a tool life management mechanism, and reduce tool procurement costs.
Requirements:
1. Over 5 years of work experience, familiar with the automotive electronics industry;
2. Proficient in CNC machining processes, programming software (such as UG, Mastercam), and equipment operation.
3. Possess production management, quality control, and cost analysis capabilities.
4. Good communication, coordination, and team leadership abilities.
5. Familiar with quality management systems such as ISO9001.
6. Master safety production regulations and 5S management methods.
