Responsibilities (in order of workflow or workload):
1. Handle testing and debugging of factory finished products to meet delivery requirements;
2. Perform failure analysis and repair of PCBA and finished products (appearance and function);
3. Support finished-product testing and drive first-pass-yield improvement; compile and analyze test yield data and resolve issues;
4. Assess requirements for test fixtures and wiring harnesses for new product introduction (NPI) and manage procurement;
5. Evaluate and introduce test equipment
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related majors;
Experience:
5+ years of experience; familiar with the automotive electronics industry;
Skills:
Required knowledge (professional theory, laws and regulations):
1. Understanding of repair processes and standards in the automotive electronics industry;
2. Familiar with production test equipment and test standards in electronics manufacturing;
Required abilities (tools, equipment and essential working skills):
1. Familiar with electronics assembly industry standards;
2. Familiar with repair operations and establishing repair standards;
3. Test equipment commissioning and maintenance;
4. Proficient with office software
