Responsibilities
1. System Planning and Implementation: Participate in requirement research, scheme design, deployment implementation, and acceptance of MES systems in manufacturing; optimize system functions based on actual processes of production sites (e.g., injection molding, CNC lines).
2. System O&M and Troubleshooting: Responsible for daily O&M of the MES system; promptly troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware faults and data interface anomalies during production to ensure stable system operation.
3. Data Management and Analysis: Build production data collection, statistics, and analysis modules; interface with ERP, PLC, and other systems to achieve real-time synchronization and visual display of production orders, process progress, equipment status, quality inspection, and other data.
4. User Training and Support: Compile MES system operation manuals; provide operation training to employees in production, quality, warehousing, and other departments; answer daily usage questions; collect user optimization suggestions.
5. System Optimization and Iteration: Track changes in production business processes; periodically evaluate MES system performance; propose function optimization schemes; cooperate with the development team to complete system version iteration and upgrades.
