Responsibilities (ordered by workflow or workload):
1. R&D Documentation Review
Conduct manufacturing feasibility assessments based on product documentation provided by customers and produce DFM reports;
Perform design reviews based on drawings released by R&D, and provide improvement proposals and design optimization.
2. New Product Prototyping & Validation
Review and release Gerber/BOM/MT diagrams/production technical documentation;
Develop initial production processes and maintain MES process routes;
Develop prototyping plans to ensure key milestones are met on schedule;
Track new product trial production progress, compile trial production reports, and drive closure of trial production issues.
3. Capacity Planning
Consolidate prototyping hours for new products based on trial production and plan initial capacity.
4. New Process Development
Lead validation of new processes, fixtures, and equipment introduction to ensure manufacturing feasibility.
5. Auxiliary Material Usage Management
Record usage of solder paste, conformal coating, fixing adhesive and other auxiliary materials during production, and monitor weekly usage to control production cost.
6. Tooling & Fixture Development
Design, review, and validate stencils, depaneling fixtures and related tooling, and maintain and improve mass-production fixtures.
7. Special Improvement
Drive improvements for production and quality abnormalities and enhance production efficiency.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in electronics, automotive, or related fields;
Work experience:
Over 3 years of experience, familiar with BMS, power controller, or automotive electronics industry; familiar with power management system architecture, proficient in PCBA manufacturing and assembly processes; benchmark against United Automotive Electronics, Jabil, Inovance, Dongshan Precision and other companies; automotive industry preferred, consumer electronics next.

1. Familiar with automotive electronics industry processes and standards;
2. Familiar with equipment standards in the electronics processing industry;
3. Familiar with IPC and other industry standards.
Job skills (tools, equipment and required competencies that must be mastered):
1. Proficient in PCB design and structural design software; able to read Gerber files and structural drawings;
2. Master data analysis tools such as Minitab;
3. Familiar with DOE and able to design related validations independently;
4. Familiar with SMT process flow and equipment, able to analyze production abnormalities independently;
5. Proficient in quality tools such as 8D and 5Why;
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills: able to collaborate clearly and effectively with production, quality, R&D, equipment, procurement and other departments, translating complex process requirements into executable actions on the production line.
