Forge ahead with the new; thrive toward the future.
On February 5–6, 2026, LIGOO New Energy held its 2025 Annual Summary Conference, themed ‘Soaring to New Heights, Achieving Success,’ in Hefei. Over 160 of the company’s mid- and senior-level managers and key business backbones gathered to review the achievements of 2025 and define the strategic direction for 2026.
This was a grand event that built consensus and ignited our fighting spirit—a rallying call oriented toward the future and anchored on the RMB 10-billion goal.
2025: Outstanding Achievements — A Tribute to Every Striver
At this conference, more than 20 department heads conducted in-depth reviews, candid exchanges, and clear goal-setting across functions including sales, R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and corporate functions.
The year 2025 was one of both immense challenge and glory in LIGOO’s history. Through the joint efforts of all employees, the company achieved record-high annual operating performance with leapfrog growth; product shipment volume rose sharply, market competitiveness continued to strengthen, and market penetration improved steadily, securing LIGOO’s position among the industry’s leading echelon.
Behind these numbers lie the sales and marketing teams’ relentless problem-solving, the R&D and product development teams’ around-the-clock dedication across more than 2,000 projects, the supply chain and manufacturing teams’ capacity surge, and the seamless support of our functional platforms.
2026: The Cadre Engine — Clear Goals, Defined Paths
The year 2026 is a pivotal year for LIGOO as it strides toward the RMB 10-billion scale. Facing intensifying industry competition, diversifying customer demands, and accelerating technological iteration, the entire company must always ‘stay confident, focus on goals, strengthen the platform, and keep striving.’
In the new year, the company will focus on three major tracks: automotive electronics, energy storage, and smart manufacturing. On the market front, we will deepen relationships with top domestic customers while accelerating our global footprint, striving for breakthroughs in both domestic and overseas revenue; on the R&D front, we will keep building platform-based hit products to solidify our BMS moat; on the manufacturing front, we will advance intelligent upgrades and improve lean management.
The company will further strengthen organizational capability building, optimize process systems, and enhance efficiency-per-employee and quality awareness, ensuring that the RMB 10-billion scale is achieved ‘without losing speed or control.’
To achieve the RMB 10-billion goal, we must build a cadre team that is ‘visionary, results-driven, and accountable.’ The conference emphasized that cadres are not only executors of strategy but also bearers of culture. We must be ‘customer-centric and contributor-focused,’ and in every business team, ensure that ‘we have clarity in our minds, strategies in our hands, and strength in our actions.’
The Journey to RMB 10 Billion — A Firm and Resolute Stride
As the conference theme states, ‘Soaring to New Heights, Achieving Success.’ The year 2026 is LIGOO’s leap year toward the RMB 10-billion mark—a pivotal year in which we move from ‘following’ to ‘surpassing,’ and ultimately to ‘leading.’
All LIGOO people must advance with the stance of ‘standing at the crest of the wave and daring to be the first,’ collaborating with our teams to stride forward and walk LIGOO’s own long march. Let us stand shoulder to shoulder and press bravely toward the goal of becoming No. 1 in the industry!

Standing at the Crest, Facing the Future — LIGOO’s Journey Leads to a Vaster Sea of Stars (Remarks by Mr. Wang Hanchao, Chairman of the Board, at the 2025 Annual Summary Conference)
These two days of meetings have made me even more certain of one thing—LIGOO’s future is vaster than we imagined.
The reports on the first day came mostly from sales and R&D. That is the company’s hard power to charge ahead and seize strongholds—the two pillars with which we engage in head-on competition on the industry battlefield.
Today, I listened throughout to the reports from the back-office and support systems. That is the foundation of the organization, the soft power behind the company’s long-term development, and the source of strength that enables us to go farther and steadier.
Over the past few years, we have repeatedly proven that LIGOO possesses formidable hard power.
A sales iron army that wins battles, an R&D team that innovates continuously, and a group of core executives and mid-to-senior managers who step forward at critical moments—this is our formidable hard power.
LIGOO’s true ‘nuclear weapon’ is not a single product or a single technology, but the executive team on this stage, every mid- and senior-level cadre present here, and this organizational force that can resonate in unison and fight in coordination at critical moments.
What reassures me even more is that today’s reports let me clearly see:Our soft power is taking shape rapidly.
Some systems may still be under refinement and some capabilities still need improvement, but the direction is clear and the structure is being perfected. In the next one to two years, as our systemic capabilities are further consolidated, LIGOO will leap from ‘able to win battles’ to ‘continuously winning battles.’
Soft power determines how far a company can go; organizational capability determines how fast it can run.
Strategic Opportunities Across Three Trillion-Yuan Tracks
We have always emphasized that LIGOO’s vision is ‘to drive a better world with clean energy.’
Today, we are in the midst of a profound energy revolution. The rise of the new energy vehicle and energy storage industries is not only transforming the industrial structure but also reshaping the global competitive landscape.
LIGOO stands, fortunate and resolute, upon two trillion-yuan-level tracks at the same time.
In the new energy vehicle sector, from BMS to wiring harnesses to BDU and other electronic control systems, we continuously increase the per-vehicle value—from the initial thousand-yuan-level supporting components to higher-value system integration step by step. Our goal is not merely to participate, but to be deeply embedded in the vehicle’s core systems.
In the energy storage sector, we continuously strengthen our system capabilities and remain firmly invested even during periods of operating and profit pressure. Centered on building PCS and system integration capabilities, we position ourselves early for future competition, winning long-term advantage through strategic resolve.
Today, we already see the dawn. In the foreseeable future, the energy storage segment is expected to reach its profit inflection point and truly become a vital element of the company’s growth. The rise of our manufacturing capability has opened a third strategic curve for us.
Driven by the continuous upgrading of the Yantai manufacturing system, the company has elevated manufacturing to a strategic level. We have set our sights on benchmarking against the industry’s leading pacesetters. There may still be a gap in scale, but ideals have never been blind arrogance; rather, they are a clear awareness of the gap, a firm determination to catch up with the benchmark, and forging LIGOO’s own path!
Automotive electronics, energy storage, and smart manufacturing—The convergence of three trillion-yuan-level tracks has opened unprecedented room for LIGOO’s growth.
Doubling this year is a natural outcome; crossing the RMB 10-billion threshold next year is well within reach.
To this day, all the core elements supporting the company’s future leapfrog, high-quality development are fully in place and ready to launch. From the deep advancement of our regional footprint to the heavy investment and deep cultivation in both domestic and overseas markets; from consecutive breakthroughs in new tracks and new customers to milestone progress in core new-product R&D—we have built a solid foundation for high-speed growth and paved broad tracks for long-term development.
Cadres—the Key Variable That Determines the Future
The company’s scale is about to reach 7,000 people or even higher. Yet what truly determines whether the organization can support growth is the cadre echelon.
Currently, the company has over 180 second-tier cadres, far from enough to match a future organization of ten-thousand-plus people. Going forward, we need more director-level, senior director-level, and even group vice-president-level cadres to shoulder broader responsibilities.
Cadre development is an urgent undertaking for LIGOO.
My requirements for cadres have always been clear and firm.
First, be visionary and disciplined.
Having ideas means independent judgment and strategic thinking; following commands means organizational coordination and consistent execution.
An enterprise is like a battlefield; operations must move in a unified rhythm. Full discussion is welcome before a decision is made, but once the direction is set, we must move in lockstep.
Ideas without discipline are not innovation, but fragmentation.
Second, have capability, and even more, deliver results.
Capability is the foundation; results are the proof.
The company must be results-oriented. Because the enterprise must develop, create value for its employees, and shoulder its responsibilities to society.
Third, lead by example and lead the team to success.
Cadres are not merely individual contributors, but organizers, enablers, and leaders.
True leadership lies not in personal glory, but in enabling the team’s success.
Going forward, the overall cadre system will strengthen supervision and strategic decoding, ensuring the company’s strategy is implemented at every level and that every module is accountable for results.
Over the past few years, we have proven:
LIGOO’s cadre team possesses both accountability and fighting strength.
In the coming years, under the leadership of the management team and with the concerted efforts of all cadres, we are fully capable of achieving sustained high-speed growth.
Growing for three or five more years is not boastful rhetoric, but a realistic judgment.
The wave of the energy revolution has already arrived. The window of the era will not stay open for long. Only by firming up our ideals, strengthening the organization, and forging our cadres can LIGOO stand at the crest of the tide amidst the torrents of the times!
