Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall new project development progress, cost, quality, customer communication, and team management to ensure orderly and successful new product development;
2. Responsible for compiling the project development master plan and releasing phased work plans to ensure orderly project development progress;
3. Responsible for valve-point inspection and review at each project development stage to ensure all development work is controlled and meets project schedule requirements;
4. Regularly organize project weekly meetings, check project development plans, solve and coordinate various problems in the project, and ensure smooth new product development projects;
5. Responsible for project development risk management, promptly identify risks, organize resolution and containment, and escalate when necessary;
6. Responsible for closed-loop management of project development process issues (hardware, software, calibration, quality, process), and drive the organization to resolve and close them;
7. Responsible for customer expectation management, maintain communication with customers to identify and meet customer needs and reduce customer complaints;
8. Regularly report actual development progress and items requiring management attention to management in a planned manner;
9. Responsible for assisting sales in maintaining customer relationships and assisting with development cost quotation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, 3+ years of work experience, with ideas for project management work, diligent and practical, project management experience preferred, automotive electronics (BMS/energy storage segment) industry experience preferred, PMP certificate preferred;
2. Excellent verbal expression and negotiation skills;
3. Good communication and coordination skills, good team spirit;
4. Excellent goal management, planning, innovation and detail management awareness;
5. Experience in large project operation and implementation;
6. Proficient in Project management software.
