Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for packaging development of all new company projects, providing the most cost-effective product packaging design schemes, and providing packaging support at each project stage;
2. Responsible for verification, procurement, and arrival tracking of various product packages to ensure production and delivery;
3. Responsible for packaging cost control, quoting packaging and logistics transportation fees for new projects, and ensuring product packaging and logistics costs are industry-competitive;
4. Responsible for collecting customer complaints about packaging structures, and handling and improving them;
5. Participate in planning and building the company’s returnable packaging management system to keep returnable packaging operations under control;
6. Responsible for compiling and centrally managing various packaging standardization and system documents;
7. Responsible for providing packaging, design and technical support to other departments;
Requirements:
1. Gender open; Bachelor’s degree or above in packaging, mechanical, or logistics;
2. 3-5 years of packaging development, design and management experience, automotive parts manufacturing and electronics industry experience preferred;
3. Familiar with automotive and electronics industry packaging development standards;
4. Familiar with the cost structure of one-time and returnable packaging materials;
5. Familiar with new project packaging development processes;
6. Familiar with various packaging tests and verification methods;
7. Able to use at least one 2D and 3D design software for packaging modeling and simulation;
8. Familiar with office software and ERP, WMS and other system software;
9. Familiar with the cost of various packaging materials and processing techniques.
