Responsibilities
1. Lead washing machine new product process conversion from design to mass production, develop trial production plans and control milestones;
2. Coordinate R&D, supply chain and quality departments to resolve process compatibility issues during trial production;
3. Build a new product process risk database, output manufacturability improvement suggestions, continuously update existing process manufacturability specifications and conduct new product reviews;
4. Continuously optimize the new product process handover standard process (NPI Process).
Requirements
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, electronic engineering, automation or related majors; over 5 years of home appliance industry NPI experience; washing machine industry project manager or NPI introduction background preferred;
Core competencies:
1. Proficient in APQP/PPAP and other project management tools and DFX and other improvement tools;
2. English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability sufficient to independently support overseas plant new product introduction.
3. Strong environmental adaptability, able to live overseas.
