Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for product planning and design, building the product roadmap, and clarifying the feature iteration cadence and version goals.
2. Identify requirements and pain points through customer research, data analysis, and competitive analysis; translate business goals into executable plans; develop a requirement priority matrix; balance technical feasibility, business value, and customer needs; and define the next-generation development direction of the product.
3. Responsible for BMS R&D project product scheme design, requirement decomposition, system architecture building, and coordination of software/hardware development.
4. Responsible for the formulation and maintenance of key BMS control strategies.
5. Responsible for departmental product solutions and cooperate with the business team to promote products and guide customers to adopt our products.
7. Conduct technical exchanges with chip suppliers periodically to determine the compatibility and cost-effectiveness of products with our development products.
Qualifications:
1. Over 3 years of experience in BMS system development and BMS product design; automotive electronics industry experience preferred.
2. Knowledge of BMS product technical scheme implementation.
3. Knowledge of software/hardware development and architecture development.
4. Basic knowledge at the system level of industry functional safety, information security, and other standards.
5. Strong communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and willingness to travel to customers for scheme discussion.
