Responsibilities:
1. Lead the structural design and continuous improvement of energy storage cylindrical cell PACK related products.
2. Cooperate with hardware engineers and ID engineers to complete the overall structural scheme design of products.
3. Provide structural scheme design considering product cost, process flow, quality, feasibility, etc.
4. Responsible for structural review at each stage of new product development, and resolve structural and process issues existing at each stage.
5. Organize structural component specifications and design drawings, and formulate, evaluate, and review the structural BOM.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, 985 / 211 universities preferred; major in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields; no gender restriction.
2. Over 5 years of structural design experience and over 2 years of related energy storage product development and design experience (background in cylindrical cell structure required).
3. Experience in thermal-fluid simulation of power products preferred.
4. Experience in independently leading projects and series product development preferred.
5. Proficient in design software such as Protel, AD, SolidWorks, and able to use 3D design software such as AutoCAD.
6. Good systematic thinking, communication, coordination, and project management skills.
