Responsibilities:
1. Government relations maintenance and expansion: Responsible for establishing and maintaining good communication channels and cooperative relationships with relevant government departments at the Huzhou City and South Taihu New Area levels, building and regularly updating the government relations network resource library to ensure information accuracy and timeliness, while covering local government relations in Shanghai and Hefei;
2. Government affairs coordination: Coordinate and handle daily affairs between the company and government departments, including document submission, information communication, and issue feedback; establish contacts with industry associations, chambers of commerce and other social organizations to expand external resources;
3. Policy research and application: Sort out, organize and apply for funding projects in Huzhou, Shanghai and Hefei; handle problems occurring in company operations and coordinate government support for enterprise development.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in public administration, administrative management, law, economics, political science or related fields preferred;
2. Experience requirements:
Specialist: 1-3 years of government relations, public affairs, administrative reception or related work experience;
Supervisor: 3-5 years of government relations management experience, with independent project application or government reception experience;
3. Familiar with government work processes, understand the government policy system, familiar with government project application processes, successful application experience preferred.
