◇ Responsibilities:
1. Reception strategic planning and system building: develop annual reception plans and standardized processes, and establish service standards and quality evaluation mechanisms;
2. Reception activity planning and formulation: customize personalized reception plans covering itinerary arrangement, business meetings, and tour experiences based on customer types and needs;
3. Cross-department resource coordination: collaborate with marketing, sales, R&D, product, administration, and logistics departments to integrate business highlights and drive reception value conversion;
4. Supplier management and resource integration: build a high-quality supplier database, optimize service procurement costs, and ensure the quality of supporting services such as catering/hotels/transportation;
5. Customer relationship maintenance and expansion: identify cooperation needs through reception, and collaborate with sales to complete follow-up business engagement and relationship maintenance;
6. Reception activity execution and on-site management: coordinate the planning and execution of reception activities, control key links such as venue arrangement, process design, and logistics support, and establish an emergency plan mechanism;
7. Data review and optimization: establish a reception work data statistics and analysis system, regularly output analysis reports, and continuously improve reception efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job knowledge (professional theoretical knowledge and laws/regulations required for the position):
1. Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in marketing, hotel management, public relations, exhibition economy and management, or related fields;
2. Work experience: over 3 years of reception planning, event planning, or related work experience; experience in large enterprise, high-end business reception, or important event planning and execution is preferred;
3. Familiar with the entire workflow of the reception system, with rich experience in event planning and organization execution, able to independently complete the planning and execution of large-scale reception activities;
4. Business acumen: able to identify cooperation opportunities from customer journeys, and collaborate with sales to achieve business conversion (success cases required);
5. Data analysis ability: proficient in various office software;
6. Strong adaptability and stress resistance, able to adapt to changing work environments and needs;
7. Good appearance and temperament, with strong business etiquette literacy.
