I. Responsibilities:
1. Process Design and Documentation: Design and optimize reasonable process flows for PDU products, prepare PFMEA, work instructions, process parameter tables and other documents, and improve IATF 16949 system-related materials to ensure standardized production.
2. New Production Line and Equipment Preparation: Plan and set up the PDU production line layout, define technical requirements for fixtures, equipment and instruments required for production, participate in their selection, application and acceptance, and clarify interim measures when new equipment is not yet in place.
3. Product Trial Production and Mass Production Ramp-up: Participate in new product design reviews and process evaluations, organize new product trial production and issue reports, resolve trial production issues, and drive products smoothly into mass production.
4. Production Site Technical Support: Handle process anomalies and technical problems occurring in mass production, optimize bottleneck processes; maintain process parameters, supervise process discipline execution, improve production line first-pass yield, and reduce product defects.
5. Personnel Training and Cross-functional Collaboration: Conduct process skill training and assessment for production line operators; collaborate with R&D, quality, sourcing and other departments to solve problems, and coordinate with suppliers to handle component-related engineering technical issues.
6. Continuous Process Improvement: Track industry technology trends, introduce advanced processes and technologies; identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis and implement improvement plans to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
II. Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in mechanical, electrical, electronic, automotive, industrial engineering or related fields;
2. Familiar with assembly processes, 2+ years of process engineering experience in PDU/power equipment/electronics manufacturing, familiar with NPI process and mass production process optimization;
3. Proficient in PDU product structure, electrical principles and production processes, capable of independently designing and optimizing processes and resolving process anomalies;
4. Master tools such as PFMEA, SPC and lean production, familiar with IATF 16949/ISO 9001 systems, able to prepare process documents;
5. Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem analysis abilities, with continuous improvement awareness and strong execution.
6. Clear logical thinking, data-driven, PMP/Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification preferred.
