Responsibilities:
1. Manage the 4M status of the entire engineering department and follow up on daily KPI achievement;
2. Participate in customer quality complaint handling and improvement;
3. Conduct regular departmental activities to improve all staff’s work skills and cultivate quality, safety and environmental awareness;
4. Establish and implement engineering standardization requirements and verify execution;
5. Establish standardized factory workshop layout;
6. Respond to customer materials and conduct product design reviews;
7. New product reliability assessment and verification;
8. Process optimization, defect improvement, issue tracking and closure; process KPI achievement;
9. New product and new process development and implementation, process innovation, promotion and application;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, graduated in electronics, mechanical or related majors;
2. 10+ years of work experience, 5+ years of middle management experience, familiar with the automotive electronics industry;
3. 5+ years of PCBA process experience; very familiar with SMT, DIP, testing and assembly process flows;
4. Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 systems;
5. Familiar with PCBA quality requirements and process control requirements;
6. Capable of DFM (including DFX, DFT, DFA), DOE, etc., familiar with PFMEA (new version) implementation experience;
7. Positive and optimistic attitude, able to handle pressure;
8. Strong organization and coordination abilities;
9. Lead process technical problem tackling, drive automation and smart manufacturing implementation, and continuously improve process capability and product yield.
