Responsibilities:

1. Strategy and Product Planning: Formulate the technology development roadmap for the BDU/PDU product line, lead product planning and platformization, establish standardized modules to shorten development cycles and reduce costs. Track industry regulations and formulate technology pre-research and patent layout.

2. R&D and Technical Management (core technology control)

Build and improve the BDU/PDU R&D system, design specifications, DFMEA, and test standards to ensure standardized development processes. Collaborate with BMS and VCU teams to define high-voltage control logic, precharge timing, high-voltage interlock (HVIL), fault diagnosis, and CAN/LIN communication protocols. Organize DFMEA and FTA analysis to identify and control risks such as high-voltage safety, temperature rise, insulation, and short circuit.

3. Project and Delivery Management (full-process implementation)

Coordinate BDU/PDU project initiation, planning, budget, milestones and delivery to ensure mass production by SOP. Interface with OEM customers for requirement analysis, technical scheme review, quotation, prototype delivery, and OTS/PPAP approval.

4. Quality, Cost and Supply Chain

Establish a quality control system, responsible for AUDIT, PPM, and after-sales root cause analysis and rectification to ensure zero high-voltage safety incidents. Drive cost reduction through material substitution, structural optimization, process simplification, and supply chain integration to improve gross margin.

5. Team and Talent Management

Build the BDU/PDU R&D team (electrical, structural, test, process), recruit, develop, build talent pipeline, and conduct performance appraisal to improve team capability.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in automotive electronics, electrical, mechanical, power electronics or related fields;

2. Work experience: 8+ years of experience in new energy vehicle PDU/BDU, including 5+ years of team management; led 2+ complete PDU/BDU mass production projects; OEM/battery manufacturer experience preferred;

3. Professional knowledge: Proficient in high-voltage power distribution, electrical principles, and power device selection; familiar with structural/thermal/VEMC/safety design; master IATF 16949 and the five core tools;

4. Proficient in SolidWorks/CAD/CREO; master simulation and DFMEA/DFM; familiar with DVP&R and test verification processes; 5. Process and quality requirements: Proficient in injection molding/stamping/sheet metal processes; master key processes such as potting, laser welding, and air tightness testing; capable of mass production conversion and quality control.
