Job Description:
1. Assist in assembly and debugging: support the mentor in assembling mold components and commissioning on the machine, observe and record mold operation status;
2. Basic machining operations: learn and operate basic equipment such as milling machines, grinders, and drilling machines to complete processes including drilling, tapping, grinding, and polishing;
3. Maintenance and upkeep: assist in handling common mold failures in production, and perform daily cleaning and maintenance of molds;
4. Drawing and process learning: through mentoring, gradually learn to read mold structure drawings and part drawings, and record machining parameters;
5. Workplace management: comply with safety operating procedures and maintain 5S in the work area.
Qualifications:
1. Aged 20-25, with a technical secondary school education or above; majors in machinery, mold, or mechatronics are preferred;
2. Able to read drawings, with priority given to those with operating experience on any of the following equipment: milling machine, grinder, or drilling machine;
3. Hardworking, obedient to arrangements, strong learning ability, and willing to work rotating shifts.
