Job Responsibilities:
1. Reasonably allocate team tasks based on the production plan to ensure production targets are met on time and in quantity;
2. Ensure correct injection molding machine parameter settings, strictly follow process procedures, and monitor stability during production;
3. Conduct first-article inspection, patrol product quality, promptly identify and handle injection defects to ensure products meet quality standards;
4. Optimize production processes, reduce downtime, and improve equipment utilization and per-capita efficiency;
5. Quickly respond to and handle abnormalities during production, such as machine failures, mold issues, and quality fluctuations;
6. Handle other production process issues;
7. Team personnel management, skill mentoring, etc.;
8. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1. Over 3 years of injection molding process management experience;
2. Familiar with injection molding machine and mold performance, proficient in injection molding process; able to debug machine equipment to improve product process and quality;
3. Possess quality control and inspection capabilities, understand production plan analysis and emergency planning;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, steady, hardworking, strong stress resistance, and team leadership experience;
5. Able to accept overtime;
6. Work location: Songshan Industrial Park, Qixia.
