Requirements:
1. Responsible for TE and FAE team management and personnel capability training and improvement;
2. Lead the functional test team to write and review test plans, conduct test scheme reviews based on customer test specs, arrange test equipment setup, buy-off, debugging, and problem improvement;
3. Review new product test coverage, plan test equipment, conduct scheme reviews, write technical agreements, apply for equipment, and accept delivery;
4. Coordinate with suppliers to confirm equipment schemes, and follow up on in-factory arrival per equipment manufacturing requirements;
5. Lead the team to optimize the capacity and first-pass yield of product test processes, and improve test stability and efficiency;
6. Familiar with the functional test principles of automotive electronics BMS, e-drive, electronic control, domain controllers and other products, proficient in ICT (TR518SIl, Keysight inline 3070), SPEA4060S2IL flying probe machines, non-standard customized FCT, BURN-IN, Hipot, EOL and other functional test equipment principles;
7. Familiar with the application of common PCBA functional test instruments and meters, such as: 6.5-digit digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, electronic loads, programmable high-voltage DC power supplies, cell simulators, CAN communication cards, etc., and LiJieFeng/FlashRunner programmers;
8. Define relevant processes for functional test equipment and write documents;
9. Lead the team to promptly resolve anomalies in functional test equipment;
10. Responsible for the management and improvement of functional defective product analysis, guide FAE engineers in analyzing test failure items, and support customer R&D in early prototype-stage functional defective product analysis and test spec optimization;
11. Improve test issues related to customer complaints and write 8D reports;
12. Improve functional test equipment OEE.
Qualifications:
1. Major: electronic information engineering, computer, electronic information science and technology, communication engineering and related fields;
2. Work experience: 8+ years of team management experience in automotive electronics product electrical performance testing, experience with BMS, e-drive, electronic control, domain controllers and other products preferred, LabVIEW software programming skills and automated test line management experience preferred;
3. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
