I. Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for formulating BDU and PDU test plans & test schedules, organizing relevant reviews, and guiding test execution;
2. Responsible for interpreting and decomposing customer SORs, extracting key technical requirements, and formulating technical specifications and standards;
3. Responsible for coordinating test-related technical information with customers & PACK end, reporting test status, confirming test items, and assessing test risks;
4. Record test data, analyze test data, write test reports, locate and analyze problems found in testing, and propose improvement suggestions.
II. Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in mechanical, electrical, electronic, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or related fields;
2. Familiar with testing of relays, copper busbars, BDU, connectors, packs and other products;
3. 5+ years of experience in on-board relay, BDU, PDU, and Pack testing, or 5+ years of hardware unit testing experience in the automotive electronics industry.
