Responsibilities:
1. Perform hardware unit testing, including power integrity, signal integrity, FIT, tolerance and margin (corner) testing;
2. Assist in locating hardware issues, track them through to closure and deliver test reports;
3. Participate in test tool development, optimize test processes and methods to improve testing efficiency;
4. Participate in schematic and PCB design reviews;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time accredited program, majoring in Computer Science, Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Power Systems, Precision Instruments or related fields;
2. Familiar with hardware testing workflows; able to design test cases, execute tests and deliver test reports;
3. Solid knowledge of signal/power integrity analysis; proficient with oscilloscopes, signal generators, logic analyzers, multimeters and other test instruments;
4. Understanding of hardware design (schematics, PCB layout); familiar with EDA tools such as Altium Designer and Cadence;
5. Strong teamwork skills; able to solve technical problems independently and communicate effectively with the development team;
6. 3+ years of hardware development or testing experience; able to take on testing tasks independently;
7. Strong sense of responsibility and hands-on ability; able to work for extended periods in cleanroom environments;
