Responsibilities:
1. Conduct testing and validation during hardware development phases (DV/PV, etc.); write test cases and test reports; help R&D engineers locate and resolve hardware issues;
2. Design test cases and complete hardware test plans; track and give timely feedback on issues found during testing; analyze and solve problems;
3. Improve test documentation: assist the supervisor in refining test standards, specifications and procedures to ensure testing is standardized and effective;
4. Handle pre-project test preparation, including test requirement assessment, test cost quotation and coordination of test plans with third-party laboratories;
5. Provide on-site technical support: outsourced field testing (environmental, electrical, EMC, etc.) and on-site testing for customer-reported issues.
6. Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
1. Testing experience in the automotive electronics industry; proficient with environmental test chambers, oscilloscopes, multimeters and other test equipment.
2. Familiarity with CNAS accreditation or ISO 17025 processes is a plus;
3. Clear and logical thinker with a team spirit, proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
