Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for equipment maintenance, develop plans and execute them promptly;
2. Conduct equipment inspections, collect data, and keep records;
3. Handle equipment failures, develop emergency measures, and advance preventive maintenance plans;
4. Assist the factory production department in resolving equipment failure issues;
5. Write equipment maintenance reports and repair records, perform data analysis, and improve equipment reliability.
Requirements:
1. Possess relevant professional knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and other fields; experienced candidates are preferred;
2. Outstanding fresh graduates with an associate degree may also be considered;
3. Strong hands-on and learning abilities, and a strong sense of responsibility;
4. Able to accept overtime and shift work.
