Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for PCS whole-machine architecture scheme design (including whole-machine layout, structural scheme, wiring, thermal solution, packaging, etc.).
2. Responsible for detailed design of PCS product structure related components, and preparation and output of BOM, specifications, and other technical documents.
3. Responsible for formulating and executing test schemes.
4. Cooperate with hardware, software, ID, etc. to complete related joint design.
5. Responsible for structural component prototype fabrication and trial production summary, and complete document editing and review at each stage in the structural direction.
6. Responsible for product cost reduction, optimization, and quality issue handling.
7. Responsible for writing various technical documents during new product development to ensure process control documents comply with R&D control processes and relevant quality management standards.
8. Responsible for writing and outputting related patent documents.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, graduating from Mechanical Engineering, Mold Design, Mechanical Automation, or related fields.
2. Over 2 years of work experience; over 1 year of PCS or UPS and other inverter development experience.
3. Familiar with PCS structure design and R&D work.
4. Proficient in 3D design software for sheet metal and mold parts (e.g., profiles, injection parts, die-cast parts) design, and skilled in drawing software.
5. Familiar with requirements for structural design such as safety regulations, water and dust proofing, heat dissipation, and EMC electromagnetic compatibility.
6. Familiar with sheet metal processing process requirements, common plastic materials, hardware materials, and die-cast material properties.
7. Understand plastic, die-casting, and stamping mold design, and able to control cost of parts and whole machines.
8. Familiar with the full development process from development to closure, and able to solve technical problems during development.
9. Provide highlighted design schemes by combining the design schemes of major competitors, the advantages of mature products, and own experience.
10. Thermal simulation and mechanical simulation ability preferred.
