Responsibilities:
1. Lead the structural design and continuous improvement of energy storage PACK related products.
2. Cooperate with hardware engineers and ID engineers to complete the overall structural scheme design of products.
3. Provide structural scheme design considering product cost, process flow, quality, feasibility, etc.
4. Responsible for structural review at each stage of new product development, and resolve structural and process issues existing at each stage.
5. Organize structural component specifications and design drawings, and formulate, evaluate, and review the structural BOM.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
2. Over 3 years of structural design experience; experience in related energy storage product development and design preferred.
3. Experience in thermal-fluid simulation of power products preferred.
4. Experience in independently leading projects and series product development preferred.
5. Familiar with safety regulations and certification requirements for energy storage products.
6. Familiar with IP65 protection design preferred.
7. Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
