【Responsibilities】
1. Live streaming hosting and short video appearances: responsible for hosting live streams on the company’s social media accounts, able to participate in short video production and appear as a main character, demonstrating good camera presence and communication appeal.
2. Participate in live stream and short video planning and production: independently or jointly complete the topic conception, writing, and polishing of live stream and short video scripts, ensuring content aligns with the company’s marketing needs and platform tone, combining professionalism and shareability.
3. Domestic social media platform operations: responsible for the daily operation of the company’s domestic social media platforms (WeChat Official Account, WeChat Channels, Douyin, etc.), including content editing, publishing, interaction maintenance, fan growth, and data review, to improve platform activity and content exposure.
4. Key marketing event hosting: able to undertake hosting for exhibitions, summits, and forums, and support exhibition and showroom explanations.
【Requirements】
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in broadcasting and hosting is preferred, other related majors (performing arts, journalism and communication, marketing, etc.) may also be considered.
2. Core competencies: articulate, fluent and natural expression, strong camera sense, good language organization and on-the-spot adaptability, suitable for live streaming and short video appearance needs.
3. Image requirements: good appearance, approachable and generous temperament, good personal demeanor, meeting the tone of on-camera and brand promotion.
4. English ability: fluent spoken English (a plus, not mandatory).
5. Professional skills: possess certain copywriting and script creation abilities, familiar with the operation rules and gameplay of domestic social media platforms such as WeChat Official Account, WeChat Channels, and Douyin; experience in live streaming, short video appearances, or social media operations is preferred.
6. Comprehensive qualities: active thinking, creative, able to generate novel content ideas based on marketing needs; proactive, responsible, with good communication and coordination abilities and team cooperation awareness, able to efficiently complete various tasks assigned by the department.
