Responsibilities:
1. Develop material requirements plans based on forecasts and production plans, and supervise and control the execution of materials.
2. Effectively track material shortages to ensure they do not cause production stagnation and affect delivery.
3. Responsible for preliminary review of over-plan material usage and provide relevant analysis data to related departments.
4. Responsible for analysis and statistics of actual material consumption, identify causes, and develop solutions.
5. Monitor inventory levels, maintain reasonable safety stock, and improve inventory turnover rate.
6. Responsible for batch arrangement of material supply and control of warehouse inventory.
7. Responsible for arrangement and statistical analysis of various production materials.
8. Prevention, control, and disposal of obsolete materials.
9. Organize ad-hoc material shortage emergency meetings to discuss solutions to meet delivery.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Over 1 year of planning experience in a manufacturing enterprise; automotive electronics industry experience preferred.
3. Familiar with new product development progress and market demand.
4. Familiar with material brands, origins, capacity, L/T, etc.
5. Familiar with work processes and precautions at each stage.
6. Familiar with various conventional electronic and wire harness materials.
7. Familiar with Office and ERP software.
8. Strong organization, coordination, and communication skills.
9. Strong pressure resistance.
