I. Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and adjust defects arising in the production process to ensure quality;
2. Monitor actual production efficiency, optimize programs, parameters and equipment configuration to improve efficiency;
3. Standardize production equipment management, formulate equipment-related ledgers and maintenance plans to ensure stable equipment operation;
4. Evaluate equipment requirements for new processes or new products;
5. Establish equipment spare parts inventory and manage stock to ensure stable production equipment operation;
6. Timely handle and quickly resolve major equipment breakdowns to meet delivery;
7. Evaluate and verify manufacturing capability improvement, implement equipment commissioning and fixture/jig development.
II. Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in electronics, mechanical or related fields;
2. 3+ years of work experience, familiar with equipment standards in the automotive and electronics processing industries;
3. Familiar with various types of PCBA processing and testing equipment;
4. Capable of process improvement and equipment commissioning.
