I. Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for preparing product control plans and regularly reviewing and continuously optimizing them;
2. Participate in customer and process audits, collect abnormal issues raised by customers, and implement rectification and correction in response to customer requirements;
3. Analyze, handle, review and report on quality customer complaints, summarize and apply lessons learned to achieve closed-loop quality improvement across the entire process;
4. Responsible for formulating various inspection and testing standards and method processes, and revising them periodically;
5. Establish a defect improvement database and improve operation guides for quality personnel;
6. Ensure mass production product quality, maintain relevant quality standards, judge and dispose of nonconforming products, accurately analyze root causes, and formulate corresponding control measures and track them until the issue is fully closed;
7. Manufacturing process quality management, monitor process performance achievement and implement continuous manufacturing process quality improvement;
8. Summarize and track internal and external issues, implement improvement measures and verify their effectiveness until issues are fully closed;
9. Summarize weekly and monthly reports on first-pass yield of each internal work section, and track and improve items exceeding limits.
II. Qualifications:
1. Full-time accredited Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in mechanical, electrical, electronic, automotive, industrial engineering or related fields;
2. 5+ years of quality work experience, automotive or electronics industry experience preferred;
3. Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 quality management system requirements, proficient in core quality tools APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA (GR&R) and the 8D problem-solving method.
