◇ Responsibilities (in order of workflow or workload):
1. Lead responses to tax authority inspections, audits, and inquiry on suspicious points, safeguarding the company’s legitimate rights and interests.
2. Responsible for data filling and explanation before bank credit granting, document preparation and execution throughout the financing process, ensuring optimal financing costs.
3. Collaborate with the Deputy Finance Director to actively maintain and broaden diversified financing channels.
4. Monitor daily funding gaps and report daily.
5. Research tax laws and policies, and conduct legal and effective tax planning based on the company’s business model to reduce the company’s overall tax burden.
6. Collaborate with the Deputy Finance Director to manage the team daily and guide team members’ professional growth.
Other non-routine work assigned by the Deputy Finance Director.

Job knowledge (professional theoretical knowledge and laws/regulations required for the position):
1. Understand, consult, and interpret various national tax policies/regulations and implementation rules, conduct planning based on the company’s business operations, and explain tax risk warnings, etc.;
2. Based on the company’s funding needs, assist the Deputy Director of the Treasury Department in liaising with various banks, effectively control and reduce financial expense budgets, and effectively coordinate relevant internal departments to ensure smooth fund operation;
3. Hold an intermediate accountant certificate, with at least 5 years of group treasury management and tax management experience;
4. Good verbal expression and communication skills.
5. Decent character, loyal, proactive, with good team cooperation awareness.
