Responsibilities
Work Content:
Responsible for developing the technical roadmap for washing machine front-stage sheet metal and final assembly equipment, researching and resolving difficult and complex issues of washing machine sheet metal and final assembly equipment, and conducting technical breakthroughs; implement major washing machine sheet metal and final assembly equipment transformation projects, ensure stable equipment operation, and achieve equipment transformation project targets and equipment failure indicators.
1. Key Responsibilities
1.1 Annual Equipment Technology Planning:
– Develop the washing machine sheet metal and final assembly equipment technical roadmap, rolling update annually.
– Learn new technologies, develop washing machine sheet metal and final assembly equipment technical solution standards, and standardize equipment structure and program standards.
– Determine annual transformation and optimization projects based on company strategy and business goals.
– Develop improvement and training standards for washing machine sheet metal and final assembly equipment.
1.2 Equipment Transformation Project Management:
– Lead new plant construction sheet metal and final assembly transformation projects.
– Review and supervise mature plant equipment transformation projects.
– Support and implement equipment transformation project rollout.
1.3 Equipment Team Development:
– Develop washing machine sheet metal and final assembly equipment talent cultivation plans, training materials and training plans.
– Implement washing machine sheet metal and final assembly equipment professional training.
1.4 Washing Machine Sheet Metal and Final Assembly Equipment Operation & Maintenance Guidance:
– Guide each plant to develop sheet metal and final assembly equipment O&M standards.
– Support and assist plants in resolving washing machine sheet metal and final assembly equipment technical challenges.
1.5 Safety Management:
– Ensure implementation of the “three simultaneities” safety requirement for responsible transformation projects.
– Ensure no safety accidents occur in the maintenance area.
Requirements
– Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and automation, mechatronics and related majors preferred.
– Work experience: Over 5 years of sheet metal and final assembly equipment experience, including 3+ years of sheet metal and final assembly equipment transformation project experience, and 2+ years of sheet metal and final assembly equipment O&M management experience as a manager.
– Capability requirements:
– Solid equipment theoretical knowledge, familiar with equipment installation, commissioning and O&M management.
– Familiar with the full-process management of equipment transformation projects, understand equipment informatization.
– Excellent hands-on ability, communication and coordination skills, and team spirit.
– Understand IE and home appliance manufacturing processes, able to withstand work pressure.
– Professional quality: honest and upright, rigorous, highly responsible, with good discipline and team awareness.
