Responsibilities:
1. Promote standardization of new project management processes and process management;
2. New product risk identification and control;
3. Software and hardware design reliability management;
4. Implement and land historical L&L and roll-out measures in new projects;
5. New project product quality control, quality risk identification and control;
6. Coordinate new project quality-related activities to advance smooth new project production;
7. New project software boundary assessment and risk control standardization;
8. Project-stage customer complaint follow-up closed-loop management;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Automotive electronics industry experience preferred;
3. Familiar with BMS product knowledge and master project management thinking;
4. Ability to lead problem solving, good communication and coordination skills, decision-making ability.
